Back in 1987 I opened my first laundromat, it was a small laundry where drop off service was a sideline, as most laundry services still are. Realizing that to do laundry service properly it had to be the main business, not just a part of it in 1998 we started Dialawash .This was a laundry service that as the name indicates all orders were taken over the phone. Shortly after that recognizing the significance of the internet, we built and launched the first laundry service website Dialawash.com. Initially most of our orders were taken over the phone, with very few coming in online, but that changed over time . By 2008 when we launched Laundry.bz the majority of our orders were coming in online. Now in 2018 we are back to predominantly phone orders, but now it's smart phones,. With this in mind we are launching our new website and app LaundryPickApp.

Although technology has changed, one thing hasn't changed over the years. From the beginning we have built our business on integrity. We deal honestly with our customers. We care about their laundry. We don't cut corners. We use the highest quality detergents. We offer dry low as an option at no additional charge. We give our customers their money's worth, and more.
